Terms and Conditions

1. Dietary and Medication Disclosure
 

  • Clients are required to share detailed information about everything they eat, drink, and any medications they take to ensure the best possible outcomes.

2. Mandatory Full Body Checkup
 

  • A full-body checkup is mandatory and must include all biomarkers requested after consultation.

  • Reports older than two months will not be accepted.

  • If you choose to proceed without the requested reports, we may continue providing nutritional guidance upon your request; however, refunds will not be initiated in such cases.

3. Supplements and Alternatives

  • Supplements may be included in your plan to address specific health needs.

  • Refusing supplements is your choice, but suitable food alternatives will be recommended to address deficiencies.

4. Daily Follow-Ups

  • Daily updates must include meal platters, supplements, calorie intake, weight, and physical activity status.

  • Consistent reporting is required throughout the guidance period.

  • Supplements may be included in your plan to address specific health needs.

  • Refusing supplements is your choice, but suitable food alternatives will be recommended to address deficiencies.

5. Pause Option

  • If no updates are received for two consecutive days, the plan will be paused automatically.

  • Pause allowances:

    • 12-week plan: Maximum of 14 pause days.

    • 24-week plan: Maximum of 4 weeks of pause time.

6. Split Payments


Split payment options are available for both 12-week and 24-week plans.

7. Consultation Scope

  • The consultation does not include a detailed diet chart.

  • It identifies dietary mistakes and provides guidance on what to do and avoid.

8. Consultation Protocol

  • All consultations are conducted via Google Meet.

  • Sessions are one-on-one and exclusively for the subscribed individual.
